Terms of Service

AI Product Opportunity maintains leaderboards of product opportunities across business domains. Every opportunity is scored 0–100 by an automated pipeline on four weighted pillars — demand, monetization, buildability and openness — against cited evidence gathered from public sources. Scores and analyses are algorithmic estimates provided for information only. They are not business, investment, financial or legal advice, and building a product is always your own decision and risk.

• You must provide a working email address and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance. Pricing is regional: Indian residents are billed in ₹ (INR), everyone else in $ (USD). Displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your plan's price is snapshotted when you subscribe — later catalog price changes never silently reprice an existing subscription.
• Switching billing period on the same plan credits the unused remainder of your current period against the new charge, as shown at checkout.
• You can stop renewing at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Amounts already charged are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
• The Free plan is free indefinitely and requires no payment method.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-export or systematically harvest leaderboard content. Plans include daily idea-view allowances as an anti-scraping measure; circumventing them is a breach of these terms.
• Resell, sublicense or republish the leaderboards, scores or analyses as a competing dataset or service.
• Probe, disrupt or overload the service, or access another user's account or data.
• Use the service for anything unlawful.

• Ideas you submit for evaluation remain yours. We claim no ownership; we process them only to produce the evaluation you requested, and they stay private to your account.
• The leaderboards, scores, analyses, and the software that produces them are ours (or our licensors'). Your plan grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them inside the service.
• Nothing here restricts you from independently building any product — an opportunity listed on a leaderboard is a research finding, not our property claim over the underlying idea.

Evidence citations link to external sources (code repositories, forums, research papers, marketplaces) that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or availability, and a citation is not an endorsement.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that scores are accurate, that opportunities are viable, that any listed market will pay, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Discovery runs depend on external data sources that can degrade or disappear.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or ₹1,000 / $10 if you paid nothing).

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms — for material breaches (e.g. scraping or resale) immediately, otherwise after notice and a reasonable chance to fix the problem. On termination your right to use the service ends; clauses that by nature survive (5–8, 10) survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you additional protections.

We may revise these terms; the version and effective date at the top of this page track every revision. For material changes we give account holders advance notice by email. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
